På klosteret Abbaye du Barroux, som ligger flot på bakken bag Le Barroux, kan man møde det rigtige klosterliv. Udover munkenes kirkelige handlinger er der en masse produktion på klosteret, bl.a. kan man om formiddagen købe super-lækre lune brød, som er hele turen værd. Den store butik rummer også masser af andre “nødvendige” ting.
